Local crime stats breakdown
According to the 2017/2018 crime statistics recently released, there has been a six percent decrease in crime in the Woodstock policing precinct, under which Observatory falls, compared to the 2015/2016 stats.
The statistics cover the period from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018 and show that a total of 10 484 incidents have been reported to the Woodstock police station. This is 636 less crimes compare to 2015/2016.
