Obs gets knitting

City of Cape Town Observatory Library Knitting Club has been going strong for many years.
They don't only have a group of engaged patrons who meet regularly at the library, in Station Road, every Wednesday morning from 10am - 11:30am, but the club has numerous generous supporters who sponsor wool, knit and send items from their home.
There are a number of organisations who benefit from these committed knitters.
They stretch as far afield as Victoria West and as close as Spencer Road Clinic and Hanover Park Obstetrics Unit.
